Privacy Policy
Data we collect
We collect only the information you submit through our contact form: your name, company, email address, project description, language requirements, and any file you choose to attach. We do not collect data passively through analytics, tracking pixels, or cookies.
How we use your data
We use your contact form submission solely to respond to your enquiry and, if applicable, to prepare a project proposal. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to the conversation you initiated.
Third parties
Your form submission is processed by Formspree, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Formspree's privacy policy is available on their website. This site loads fonts from Fontshare (by Indian Type Foundry) and icons from Lucide (via unpkg CDN). These services may log standard server request data such as IP addresses. We do not control those logs.
Local storage
This site stores two keys in your browser's local storage:
- adeon-theme — remembers your preferred colour scheme (light, dark, or auto).
- adeon-cookie-ack — records whether you accepted or declined the cookie consent banner.
These keys contain no personal information and are never transmitted to any server. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to restrict processing or object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@adeonstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship with you. If you request deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days.
Effective date
This privacy policy is effective as of May 2026. We will update this page if our practices change.
